OVERVIEW
Equipment summary:
This granule line is specialized for TPR granulizing and working with same specification kneader to effect plasticizing, extrusion, granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. The finished products are widely used as TPR shoe material and in other industries. It utilizes water cooling technique to make reasonable design on the production structure to offer stable temperature environment of mixing, plasticizing and extruding for TPR resin and assistant agents. After the extruding stuff is cut, cooled and finalized by water circulation cutting system, it is separated quickly from the cooling water and is dried and packet. With the simple procedure, it greatly reduces the powder pollution in working environment. And the granules made by this line are even in appearance and with strong elasticity and excellent quality of stability and efficiency
