Machine summary:
Rubber preformer is a kind of high precision rubber Glue grey production equipment with high efficiency, can produce all kinds of medium and high hardness, a variety of Glue grey, and glue grey precision is high, no bubble, suitable for producing rubber sundries, oil seal, o-rings, tennis, golf, valves, auto parts, medicine, agriculture, sole, etc.
Instrument structure:
Rubber preformer is plunger structure machine，is mainly composed of extrusion equipment, hydraulic system, electric heating system, vacuum system, water cycle system, pneumatic system and cutting system and electric control system composition:
- Extrusion device: consists of hydraulic cylinder, cylinder, head, etc.
- Hydraulic system: Choose high pressure gear pump, flow valve, the hydraulic oil of hydraulic cylinder by the flow control valve controlled, the differential pressure before and after the throttle valve control always in a constant value, ensure accurate control the weight of the rubber cutting billet.
- Pneumatic device: is used to control turn on or turn off of the nose.
- Vacuum system: Should be vacuum before cutting rubber, rule out the air of barrel and head inside and the gas mixed in rubber, to improve the quality of the next working procedure sulfide products.
- Heating system: 采用水循环加热方式，温度由数字式温控器控制和显示。保证机头、料筒的温度恒定。

8、采用电子称反馈系统通讯控制，自动调节刀速，使切出的胶坯达到所需的重量。
