Back-Story:
Samson had a commissioning and training visit with our client at their QA/QC lab at Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Established in 1992, our client focuses on the development and application of polymers and polymeric compounds. Client supplies latex compounds to the Carpet industry, in Malaysia, ASEAN and throughout Asia and Pacific regions.

Client ordered a Dumbbell Cutter Machine/Press (VP 740, bottom left photo), to prepare their sample for testing.

Along with a Universal Tensile Machine (VEW 2308B, bottom right photo), to perform tensile test on their raw material and pull-test on their glue performance.

Victor provides different types of grips and test fixtures for materials such as yarn, felt testing (felting), etc.

Victor also help the customer to customized special fixture according to their customer requirement (refer to bottom right image, the grip is uniquely made to test on client’s air-filter sample).
