CT-BFM-10-2 Backrest Durability Tester(Front Push)
OVERVIEW

1. Comply with GB/BIFMA test requirements of backrest durability of seating products.
2. Adopt Closed Cycle control System. US Fatigue-level Pull Sensor is installed at output end of the cylinder, air pressure is controlled via Japan SMC pneumoelectric regulator, together with PLC, forms a closed cyclic real time control system.
3. Multi-functional. Set via touch screen the output force (for backrest durability test) or output displacement (for tilt mechanism cyclic test) of cylinder.
4. Loading device meets BIFMA specification. When load is released, the loading device comes off backrest, and backrest returns to original position; Comparing to back pull type, what the front push type simulates is closer to actual seat use condition, or closer to standard request. Personally, it is recommendated for 3rd-party labs.
5. Whole operation can be done by one person without any auxiliary tool.
6. Cylinder (Pneumatic assembly) can slide horizontally to meet test requirements of Off-center backrest durability load.
