VIT 400 – Automatic Single Yarn Tensile Strength Tester

[product_tags_no_comma_alt]

Application

The Automatic Single Yarn Tensile Strength Tester is designed to measure the breaking strength and elongation rate of single yarns made of cotton, wool, and other materials up to 6000 cN. It uses air-driven clamps and allows for fully automated testing of up to 20 yarn samples (cops) simultaneously.

Features

  • Operates based on the CRE (Constant Rate of Elongation) principle, controlled by software on a computer
  • Automatic yarn feeding and clamping for damage-free testing
  • Includes a waste yarn collection device to maintain a clean workspace
  • Capable of testing up to 20 cops at once
  • Software included for computer control, with a built-in or optional external printer for test reports
