Test mode
Two test methods of the differential pressure method and equal pressure method:
1.Pressure method testing:Pre-treatment a good sample is clamped between the upper and lower test chamber, oxygen or air flow in the side of the film (cavity), the flow of pure nitrogen in the film the other side (chamber), oxygen molecules through the film spread to the other side (cavity) in high purity nitrogen, to carry the flow of nitrogen gas to the sensor, the oxygen concentration measured by the sensor were analyzed in order to calculate the oxygen transmission rate and other parameters.For containers, high-purity nitrogen flow in the container, surrounded by air or high purity oxygen in the container the outside.
2.Differential pressure method testing:Pre-treatment a good specimen is clamped between the upper and lower test chamber vacuum treatment, the first low pressure chamber (chamber), and then vacuum the entire system, to achieve the required degree of vacuum, close the test chamber, to the high pressure cavity (cavity) filled with a certain pressure test gas, and to ensure a constant differential pressure (adjustable) on both sides of the specimen, so that the gas will be the effect of the concentration gradient from the low pressure side of the high-voltage lateral penetration through monitoring of treatment of low-pressure side pressure to arrive at the test sample of the barrier parameters.
