Victor team has participated in an inspiring 2 Days 1 Night training and seminar that talked about GREAT MINDSET, GREAT PERFORMANCE

The program content was specially designed to ensure the participants understand how the mind could affect the behavior. By developing effective mindset, it leads to excellent performance.

After the program, the we were able to always “reset” our mind towards great performance. On top of that, we have learnt how to connect with others to bring great results.

We believed in being good with our knowledge and skill in Material Testing Equipment as well as personal development.

We truly have learned quite a bit and following were the summary of the training content

Topic 1 : Personality Style

This is for individual to identify different personality style that people use in dealing with others.


 Topic 2 : Law Of Attraction

For better performance, we need to have a strong mind. This content will share the ideas on how to focus and reset our mind to enable better performance.

Topic 3 : Effective Goal Setting

To ensure success, setting effective goals are crucial. Effective goal which have strong emotion will definitely bring success.

Topic 4 : Connect & Engage

To be effective and efficient in handling our relationships, we need to know how to manage our thoughts as well as our behavior. These will lead to developing better relationship with others, which will bring great results in whatever we do.

The seminar has opened our mind and deepened our understanding of various personality styles and how can we better communicate, adapt , connect and then engage among colleague and customers. All in all, it has been a wonderful learning weekend in a resort.
