In a two- days trip, Victor has the technical service & support capability you need Victor Service Department is ready to provide you with high quality repairs service and with what we believe to be the fastest turn-around in the industry. Here was the timeline of our dedicated technical team during these two days. William woke up at 4:45am and after brief preparation, he headed to Samson’s house in Puchong , where they travelled in one car to Kuantan at 6am before the sun rise.

Victor team arrived at the first stop, university around 10am. It was a quick one. We completed the repair service of the 300J Impact Tester in a couple of 2 to 3 hours. After lunch, William & Samson worked on the metal fabricator’s Hydraulic UTM and subsequently installing the new Hydraulic UTM. Our team worked around the clock, at 11pm we finished installed and fine-tuned the machine operation. Only then William & Samson went to look for the hotel and had their dinner at 12am mid night!

The next morning, the team divided the tasks. William moved on to further repair with the Hydraulic UTM and Samson was to provide the commissioning and training of the new Victor 100 ton Hydraulic UTM. Finally, at around 7pm, Victor team has fulfilled all the missions. The repaired Hydraulic UTM continue to serving customer on the route to ISO 17025 accreditation and the new Victor 100 ton Hydraulic UTM is fully calibrated, tested and started to served its new user.
